Josh Turner: Who is he?
Josh is the founder and CEO of Linked Selling, a B2B marketing firm that specializes in fully outsourced LinkedIn lead generation campaigns. The company is currently ranked #252 on the Inc. 5000. Life in the Early Years:
Josh’s dad owned a small remodeling business. Josh didn’t suffer as a child like many other children his age. When he was a kid, his family traveled, he had a car, and he enjoyed life… When he went to college, he started helping his father at his company, only to join him full-time when he was 22 and had finished college. Later, the father told the son that the business was going down, and he had no choice but to shut down the business. Then Josh decided that he would not leave finding clients to chance when he started his own business.
Educating:
Josh has a BSBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree in Finance from the University of Missouri in St. Louis… He completed it in 2003 before enrolling in an MBA program at Saint Louis University the following year… He earned his MBA degree in Management in 2006 which will aid him in his career as a businessman.
Work in the Early Morning:
Josh worked at several companies after finishing his MBA… But his first job was in Boa Construction while doing his MBA. His responsibilities there included finance and cost analysis. He worked as a CFO in three big companies at the same time after obtaining his MBA. By March 2010, he left all three to join Gateway CFO Solutions as a Managing Member until mid-December that year.
A career in business:
It’s clear that Josh didn’t want to put everything on the line at the beginning of LinkedSelling, which he began while he was working with the last company in 2010. Through LinkedIn, he has helped thousands of companies grow, and now has a team of 14 based in St. Louis. His company, Webinarli, provides lead generation via webinars, and he is not only the founder of LinkedInSelling but also of another company, Webinar.
